Description

Take a flight in a Pitts Special beginning with a cruise over the Lower Hunter Valley followed by higher altitude flying for some sensational views. Then comes the real action - the once-in-a-lifetime experience of air show flying from the cockpit.

Includes

A 40 minute scenic and aerobatic flight in a Pitts Special. We supply each passenger with a soft flying helmet incorporating an electric intercom.

Location

Located in Maitland, NSW, around two hours drive north of Sydney. A map will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

Available dates

While we do aerobatics flights 7 days a week, most flying days are on the weekend and they book up very quickly. Please enter 2 of your preferred dates in the options below and will we contact you to confirm.

Participant Requirements

There is a minimum age of 13 for all sport flights and we have flown people up to 85 years of age. Any flights undertaken are at the sole risk of the passenger. Please allow at least an hour for your experience. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes, long pants, rubber soled shoes and bring along a light jacket (heavier clothing may be need during the winter months). Feel free to wear your sunglasses. You should be in generally good health. You will also need to be normally mobile and agile enough to climb up into cockpits and lift your legs and bend your knees etc. Let us know about heart disease, hypertension or diabetes just to be sure.

Cancellations

A fee of 25% of the price of the flight will apply to all cancellations made within 12 days notice of your booking. If the weather is unsuitable for flying we will contact you as early as possible in the morning (if the decision has not been made the day prior) on the day.
