Drive to your hot air balloon ride launch site. A choice of transport options available. Air conditioned coach transfers from The Spit to Broadbeach or join us at one of our convenient Meeting Points. Our team of pilots are Australia's most experienced with the record for most reliable balloon ride take-offs in the southern hemisphere. Our team recommend driving west, to the Gold Coast Hinterland, where balloon takeoffs are at their optimum. Your confirmed Pickup/Meeting time will be issued as soon as you Reserve your booking. Hop onboard to experience the fun & unique sensation of your first hot air balloon ride, floating gently above the spectacular Gold Coast Hinterland, in Queensland, Australia.

Available Dates

Flights operate 7 days per week throughout the year, subject to weather. The trial flights are conducted between 4.45am and 10.30am as this is the best time of the day to fly as it offers the calmest conditions.

Participant Requirements

Walking shoes, a camera, and dress casual outdoor layered clothing, and a peak hat or cap. White clothing not recommended due to bush environment.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before travel (earlier than 04:00am, 3 days before travel, as logged in the Operator’s system audit)) may be made without penalty and reschedualed. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before travel will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
