 How to purchase an OnEdge Gift Voucher

1. You can buy a gift voucher for a certain dollar value by clicking here. This will mean the dollar value will show up on the gift voucher and can be exchanged for any adventure.

2. Gift vouchers can also be purchased for a particular adventures by clicking 'Buy as Gift Certificate' on the adventure you want to choose. This will create a gift voucher showing that adventure (not the cost) and will be valid for 6 months, it can also be exchanged for any other adventure.

3.You also have the option of booking an adventure for someone else. Simply fill in the adventure options and select 'Book Now'. A gift voucher will be made up showing the time and date they are booked in for as well as a personal message.

Do we pay more if we book through OnEdge Adventures?

No way! Unlike some of our competitors you will pay the same price booking through OnEdge Adventures as if you booked with the adventure company directly. In-fact we have special discounts only available through OnEdge. From time to time we organise special CLUB events offered exclusively to our club members which gives you even bigger discounts.

How do gift vouchers work?

You can either buy a dollar value gift voucher or book them into a certain adventure. Either of these leave the option open for the person receiving the voucher to exchange it for any adventure we have in our range.

How long are gift vouchers valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from time of purchase. The date of purchase will appear on top of the certificate

Are gift vouchers transferable?

Yes, gift vouchers are fully transferable to another person. They are also transferable to another adventure, if you choose another adventure that is of lesser value you will receive a gift voucher for the rest of the money, still valid within the 6 months of the original purchase.

How do I redeem my gift vouchers?

Just visit our website and choose which adventure you want to take, after you have filled in your preferred dates you will be asked for a payment method. Select 'Gift Certificate', you then need to enter the voucher number you have been supplied with.

How do I order?

Simply choose the adventures you want and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have made all the purchases you want click on ‘checkout’ and it will lead you through the payment area.

How do I pay?

We have a number of payment options to make it easy for you to purchase. They are:

• Credit Card - The payment section of this website is fully secured. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. (NO SURCHARGE)
• Direct Deposit - Payments can be made into our Commonwealth Bank Account.
• Send Cheque / Money Order - Cheques can be sent to our office in Werribee.
• Gift Voucher - If you have a valid gift voucher you can redeem this in the payment section.
