Do we pay more by buying through OnEdge Adventures?
No, unlike some of our competitors you will pay the same price booking through OnEdge Adventures as if you booked with the adventure company directly. In-fact we give Reward Points that can be used for discounts off your next adventure, we even give Reward Points for referring a friend. From time to time we organise special deals that we have exclusive rights to.
How do gift vouchers work?
You can either buy a dollar value gift voucher or book them into a certain adventure. Either of these leave the option open for the person receiving the voucher to exchange it for any adventure we have in our range.
How long are gift vouchers valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from time of purchase.
Are gift vouchers transferable?
Yes, gift vouchers are fully transferable to another person. They are also transferable to another adventure, if you choose another adventure that is of lesser value you will receive a gift voucher for the rest of the money, still valid within the 6 months of the original purchase.
How do I redeem my gift vouchers?
Just visit our website and choose which adventure you want to take, after you have filled in the order form it will ask you for a payment method. Select 'Gift Certificate', you then need to enter the voucher number you have been supplied with.
How do I order?
Simply choose the adventures you want and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have made all the purchases you want click on ‘checkout’ and it will lead you through the payment area.
How do I pay?
We have a number of payment options to make it easy for you to purchase. They are:
Credit Card - The payment section of this website is fully secured. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. (1.3% surcharge on credit card)
Direct Deposit - Payments can be made into our Commonwealth Bank Account.
Send Cheque / Money Order - Cheques can be sent to our office in Williamstown North.
In Person - Payments can be made in person at our Williamstown North office from 9 - 5:30 every day of the week except public holidays.
Gift Voucher - If you have received a voucher you can pay by selecting this method and entering your gift voucher code
Reward Points - If you have received rewards points from a previous booking or from a promotion you can use them by selecting this option.
